Set of one Big Puffin and one Puffling. Big Puffin measures approximately 2.5 inches tall and Puffling is approximatel 1.5 inches tall. Non-toxic dyes and non-toxic bio-based sealant keep the look and feel of the natural wood grain. Small details are wood-burned.

SHIPPING

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Free shipping is offered to US addresses on each order $35 and over. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and are based on order size and destination for each transaction under $35.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is also automatically calculated, however if there is a large discrepancy in actual shipping price, we will contact you. Any additional shipping or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

SHIPPING PROCESSING TIME
Most Domestic orders are processed within 1-5 business days and 4-8 business days for International orders. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

RETURNS

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS
We craft and pack each product with great care and hope you never have a reason to be anything but overjoyed with your purchase. Returns, exchanges or refunds are available in the case that the item is defective (damaged) upon arrival. Please contact us within 48 hours of package delivery if something is wrong with your order. Please include your order number, a photo of the shipping box, the damaged item and a description of the damage to littlehedgehogtoys@gmail.com along with a picture of the damaged item/packaging. Damaged items reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Items cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged for reasons of preference for issues such as the size, design, or unique wood grain of the item as items are carefully listed and photographed for accuracy. Please be sure to check the listing description and photos thoroughly before ordering to avoid disappointment or unexpected issues with your order. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received. Items that are returned without the original packaging do not qualify for a refund or exchange. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used or damaged after delivery, and reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet these requirements.

CHARGEBACKS
If you believe that a charge on your credit card or other payment method is incorrect or fraudulent, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. If you do initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we will take all necessary steps to protect our business, including providing evidence of our efforts to resolve the issue and disputing the chargeback with the relevant parties. Chargebacks can result in negative consequences for our business, including financial loss and damage to our reputation. We encourage you to contact us first so that we can work with you to find a mutually agreeable solution. We hope that you will never need to initiate a chargeback, but we want to be clear that we will not tolerate any unwarranted or fraudulent disputes.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations may be made up to 24 hours after payment as long as the item has not yet shipped.
